"There was only really one reason why we choose Jesse. We had purchased our property in 2018 through Wagner. At the time of viewing Jesse was present with the sellers. He was friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Over the years, we have heard his name mentioned with great regard and knew we would contact him if ever we came to sell. We are UK citizens and the sale of property is hugely different in the UK compared with the US. We were novices and had no idea what to do. Jesse took care of everything, explaining along the way so we were able to understand. It made what appeared to be a very frightening process a very simple and smooth process. When we purchased the property (2018) through another realtor we were not afforded any information and, because we did not know what questions to ask, we were left in the dark and effectively made some very poor choices. With Jesse, we finally learnt about the buy/ sell process and this helped tremendously. Jesse goes outside of the box to keep everyone happy. Being from the UK, we feel we may have imposed on Jesse slightly but he gave us that extra special treatment and nothing seemed too much to ask of him.
